stuff about we welcome you here, but instead, I’ll post some comments about your webpage. I’m not a web design expert, but neither is your web designer.

• The first menu item should always be Visit Us (if you have a Home menu item, Visit Us should come second. Since you don’t have a Home, Visit Us should come first). Your first menu item is About Us. The primary purpose of your website from the standpoint of visitors is to get them to set foot within the doors. Therefore, you should always be directing them to Visit, and it should be the most prominent menu item. About Us is important, but it should come second after Visit Us. Visit or Visit Us really should be the first item.

• The button First Visit? is okay.

• The button What is Orthodoxy? is also okay, but on that page you should have a blurb about Orthodoxy being about experience and how the reader should visit to learn about Orthodoxy, and then direct them to the Visit Us page.

• I’m not sure if the button for Events is necessary. Maybe there is a good reason for it to be there, but is it on the same level as Visit Us or First Visit?

• The yellow box around the Services below the header image on the home page is a bit tacky. In this example, I just have the solid color go all the way across. This doesn’t really matter, but I personally find it to be cleaner and sharper than a colored box over white background.

• I find the Welcome Home text to be a little cheesy, but maybe that’s just me.

• I used the header image above with you reading the Gospel. It doesn’t have to be this image. It could be an image that I take in my next visit that is basically the same photo, but without people.

• When clicking on buttons, sometimes they don’t go, I’m not sure what that’s about. Maybe it’s just my computer. Something to look into and see if you or anyone else has this issue.

However, it is not easy to find Visit Us information or information on typical service times. They have the calendar, but this doesn’t tell you what is typical or not as it only looks at a few days. The lack of Visit Us information and typical service times makes the design overall bad, but if you had a similar design and included prominent Visit Us information and service times, it would be good.)
